知多のぞみキリスト教会が知多市岡田庄太郎脇に会堂をお借りして礼拝を捧げるようになったのは2004年のことでした。そこから10年間、数えきれないほどに積まれたお祈りに神様が耳を留められ、その憐れみによって新会堂が建て上げられ、2015年1月に現在地の宝の脇での歩みが始められました。
岡田のみなさんは教会をとてもあたたかく迎えてくださり、気づけばトータル19年。現在も『宝の脇東の隣組（町内会のようなもの）』の一員として活動に加えていただいてます。
年に一度の隣組の総会は、みなさんがこの会堂に集まってくださって行われています。
また、2023年は、組長としての働きをさせていただくことになっています。
この地域に迎えられた教会として、これからも皆さまと協力しながら、明るく楽しく安全な、暮らしやすい「宝の脇東地区」のために奉仕させていただきたいと思っています。

Now, let us talk about Chita Nozomi Christian Church and its history with the neighboring community!
It was in 2004 that Chita Nozomi Christian Church began renting a building in Shotarowaki, Okada, Chita City, and began to worship there. Over the next 10 years, God listened to countless prayers! In January 2015, through God's mercy, a new church building was built in Takaranowaki, the current location of the church. Since then, the church has embarked on a new journey with God!
The people of Okada have so warmly welcomed the church that we have found ourselves here for a total of 19 years.
Currently, Chita Nozomi Christian Church serves as a member of the Takaranowaki East Community Association, and participates in local events. The annual general meeting of the Association is held here at the church. In 2023, the pastor and his wife will serve as group leaders of the Association.
As a church welcomed into this neighborhood, we hope to continue to serve the local community while cooperating with the local people, and pray that the Lord will continue to fill the community with His Blessings.
